This course provides students with an in-depth understanding of vehicle concealment techniques using both classroom and hands-on experience. Students leave this course with an understanding of the history of vehicle concealment, methods of vehicle concealment and the ability to identify and locate vehicle “traps” and other devices. An emphasis is placed on modern post-manufacture concealment devices and techniques including single-wire concealment boxes and multi-switch relay based traps. Students learn how to look for indicators, then using proper tools and techniques, locate and bypass concealment devices on actual vehicles.
A two-day workshop providing current canine handlers with a hands-on experience with real world applications dealing with advanced vehicle concealment detection. A foundation of advanced techniques will be provided through classroom instruction and demonstrations by instructors who currently lead the field in this discipline. Students will then locate and bypass concealment devices with the use of their canine partner and visual inspection techniques learned in the course.
This course offers a comprehensive examination of the complex and critical issue of human trafficking, one of the most heinous crimes of our time. Designed to empower participants with knowledge and tools to combat this grave violation of human rights, the course delves into the various aspects of human trafficking, including its root causes, methods of operation, and strategies for prevention and intervention.
